    I first contacted this company in February of this year for a quote for my wedding. After a few emails from me with no follow up l, I was finally contacted. Arranged a meeting one afternoon and the woman who arranged to meet us didn't show. Met a lovely woman working there though, who was Great and talked us through everything really well.

    After this it was back downhill, we decided to not go for the whole package and just order a few things from them. Since then, I have had no reply from them, they clearly are pissed off we didn't want to spend the thousands quoted.

    Sent one final email a month ago asking to please let me know if they can still do my flowers and had no reply. Had to find someone else at short notice and still no reply to this date, now being the middle of June.
